自分の軸を深くわかっていれば、自分をうまく表現できるようになり
人・社会とのコミュニケーションもとても円滑になります。
すべての社会の土台はコミュニケーションで成り立っているので
身近な人間関係だけでなく、仕事もうまくいきはじめ、楽になります。

It means your mission, your role in the society, or things only you can do.
特技のことではありません。
